Enchanting setting far from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers, yet very centrally located. The mild, Mediterranean climate can be enjoyed all year and provides the best prerequisites for a varied holiday and active programme.Swimming and diving, sailing and surfing, canoeing and kite surfing. Nowhere else is all this better or closer. The safe winds, the protected bays and the numerous sports clubs make Lake Garda one of the best water sport areas in the world. If you prefer the cosy way, you should discover the beauty of the biggest lake in Italy by motor boat.

Included in the week’s rental price:
Electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels, beach towels, the use of the washing machine and dryer, local taxes, two parking spaces, city bikes available to borrow. For stays of two weeks (or longer) an interim clean with change of bed linen and towels is also included.
Downpayment: approx. 30% of the total price
Balance due three weeks before arrival
Security deposit: € 500
Final cleaning to be paid in cash on site: € 150
No shared use, even temporarily, by non-resident, non-registered visitors
Dogs: not allowed

We will always attempt to relet the holiday villa. If this should not be possible, the following cancellation charges will apply:
up to 50 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental cost
up to 40 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental cost
up to 25 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental cost
fewer than 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental cost.
We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
